What you're buying
Adopting a colour on Colour Love is a symbolic digital purchase. You receive a unique, named colour that is publicly recorded as yours on colour.love. No physical goods are delivered.
Uniqueness
Each of the 16,777,216 RGB colours can be adopted only once. Once you adopt a colour, no one else can adopt the same one. A small number of colours are reserved and unavailable for adoption.
Payments
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are in USD. By completing a purchase you agree to Stripe's terms of service.
Refunds
Because adoptions are immediately recorded and the colour is removed from the available pool, all sales are final. If you have a problem with your purchase please contact us (see Contact below) and we'll do our best to help.
Your name and content
By providing a name, website, or dedication you confirm you have the right to use that content and that it does not violate any laws or third-party rights. We reserve the right to remove content that is offensive, misleading, or unlawful.
Availability
We aim to keep colour.love running indefinitely, but we cannot guarantee permanent availability. We are not liable for any losses arising from service interruptions.
